Deputy President William Ruto’s party, the United Democratic Alliance (UDA), has told former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka that they don’t need him in their team.
Speaking on Thursday, UDA Chairman Johnson Muthama stated that the ‘wheelbarrow party’ is contented in working with Ford Kenya party leader Moses Wetangula and Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader Musalia Mudavadi.
Muthama said Kalonzo is at liberty to work with other coalitions like former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s Azimio La Umoja Movement since Kenya Kwanza Alliance is full.
The former Machakos County Senator also urged Kalonzo to stop pretending that UDA is looking for him for talks and instead join Azimio because that is where is heading to.
“I want to ask Kalonzo to stop pretending that UDA is looking for him for talks.
“At the Kenya Kwanza alliance and UDA, we are contented working with Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetang’ula,” Muthama stated.
