The Kenya African National Unity’s secretary general Hon.Nick Kiptoo Salat has once again throw another bombshell attack at the deputy president of the republic of Kenya H.E Dr.William Ruto.Hon.Nick Salat accused the second-in-command in his official facebook page that Ruto has been insulting the president of republic of Kenya H.E Uhuru Kenyatta in his local dialect.
Salat further alleged that,for the 9 years that Ruto has been in power the only thing he has done is to sabotage the president and using his political rallies to insult the 5 star general.The vocal and respect politician who hails from Bomet county,rift valley region claimed that,it is impossible for Dr.William Ruto to take over from the incumbent, adding that,it is witchracft for someone to wake up in the morning and think that deputy president Dr.Ruto will be the fifth president of republic of Kenya when Uhuru’s tenure comes to unend.’witchcraft is when you wake up in the morning and think that William Ruto will be the fifth president of Kenya,’ part of his post reads.
Kenyans are not stupid,they know William Ruto has been in power for 9 years and the only he has done is to sabotage the president and insult him in his local dialect,’ He concluded.The vibrant leader Hon.Salat has already declared that he will vie for Bomet senatorial seat comes 2022 using the KANU ticket.The hopeful Salat is a strong ally of the KANU chairman who is also the Baringo Senator Hon.Gideon Moi.
Moi is one of the principals who have come together and formed the coalition and named it One Kenya Alliance.According to political analysts,Moi might be chosen by his counterpart in the coalition to be the coalition flag bearer and deputised by the Amani National Congress party leader Hon.Musalia Mudavadi.It is perceived that,the Baringo Senator Hon.Moi has the blessings of the incumbent.
Moi’s political star keeps rising in rift valley region as the days goes by, Ruto’s allies in the region have defected and Join his camp,the latest being Bomet county legislator Hon.Joyce Korir.The law maker representing the residents of Sotik constituency in Bomet county south rift valley region Hon.Dominic Koskey is also perceived to be Moi’s ally since he has been the greatest critic of the deputy president of republic of Kenya.
H.E Dr.William Ruto who also hails from rift valley region have also shown his interest of occupying the house in the hills after the tenure of his boss H.E Uhuru Kenyatta.It is believed that Ruto will be seeking the top seat comes 2022 using the newly created party of United Democratic Alliance party whose symbol is a wheelbarrow.So far the rift valley region have two presidential candidates and the duo commands a lot of voices in the region.It is now the matter of wait and see who among the two political giants in the region is going to win the hearts of the rift valley Residents and the country at large comes 2022 general election.
