Controversial pastor, Victor Kanyari, has revealed the reason why they hurriedly buried their sister, Starlet Wahu, who was killed by her alleged lover last week.
Wahu, who was an upcoming socialite, was killed at an Airbnb in South B where they had booked to spend the night with a man identified as John Matara.
According to a preliminary police report, Matara who was running an extortion racket killed Starlet after she refused to send the Sh 500,000 he was demanding.
Speaking at his church on Sunday, Kanyari mourned her and revealed the reason why they buried her two days after the gruesome murder.
“I told my family that we bury her quickly,”
“I didn’t want the media to disturb me.”
“I told my mum that she is dead and wouldn’t resurrect.”
“By Friday we had everything ready and on Saturday at 8. am we buried her, we were only 20 people,” he said.
He also revealed that he reversed any contributions that were sent to him since he solely wanted to send off his beloved sibling.
