One Kenya Alliance principals Kalonzo Musyoka and Gideon Moi on Sunday walked out of Musalia Mudavadi’s function at the Bomas of Kenya after MPs allied to Deputy President William Ruto and United Democratic Alliance walked in.
Musyoka and Moi stepped out without a word leaving delegates present with unanswered questions on their minds.
Ruto’ allies who graced the event where an ‘earthquake’ announcement was promised include Nandi Governor Steven Sang, Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago and Kirinyanga Governor Anne Waiguru.
Others were MPs Aden Duale (Garrisa Township) Aisha Jumwa (Malindi), Didmus Barasa (Kimilili), Benjamin Washiali(Mumias East),Vincent Kemose(West Mugirango),Vincent Munyaka(Machakos Town),Irungu Kangata(Muranga Senator),Catherine Waruguru(Laikipia)and Nelson Havi(Westlands UDA aspirant).
Only Moses Wetangula of Ford Kenya was present for the function.
ANC MPs presents include Tindi Mwale (Butere), Cleophas Malala (Kakamega Senator) and Malala Injendi(Malaba).
Hundreds of delegates and supporters converged at Bomas of Kenya for the Amani Delegates Conference to ratify their party leader Musalia Mudavadi as their presidential flag bearer in the August polls.
